The house is 30 minutes from Cortona, 20 minutes from Lake Trasimeno and under 10 minutes from 2 villages with shops and restaurants. Although in Umbria, it overlooks the wooded hills of Tuscany. Some of Italy's most beautiful hill towns are within an hour's drive. We are 1/2 hour from Terontola train station on the main Rome-Florence line. Express train to Florence takes 1 hour.
